Recently, Sean Miller from Anchor Plumbing and Boiler Services replaced the boiler for our home's radiant heating system. He did an A+ job. In the late afternoon, we looked on Angi's List for someone to do servicing on our radiant heating system. The next morning, Sean left us a voicemail which we responded to. The morning after that, he came by to see the system and give us an estimate. He arrived on time. He gave us a few options. We picked one and the job was completed five days later. We found Sean to be consistently courteous, intelligent and professional in presentation, conversation & behavior. His 18 years of experience and expertise was immediately obvious and continued throughout the job. He explained everything clearly. It was so refreshing to do business with such a person. His workmanship is impeccable. His installation passed inspection with the inspector commenting, "He did a nice job." We believe Anchor Plumbing's prices are more than fair. When hiring Sean, you save money. He does the job himself and his company doesn't carry the heavy load of overhead that larger companies do. He also gave us a military discount for being a Veteran. Sean is a vet as well. We couldn't recommend a better person or company for this job. We don't have any complaints about him or his work. Therefore, we give 10 stars for Anchor Plumbing and Boiler Services.

Sean went out of his way to install a new water heater fast for me when mine went out. He brought everything up to code. I didn't realize mine wasn't. He is very professional and reasonably priced.I Highly recommend anchor plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. I will definitely use Sean in the future.

It did arrive Saturday and I texted Sean; he responded and said he would be here Monday morning! What service. The installation was done very professionally and he even installed a shut-off valve for my cold water line that previously had to be shut off outside in a very inconvenient manner should something happen in the middle of the night. I highly recommend Sean for any plumbing needs-he's the best!

After 2 1/2 years of dealing with a radiant heat system in my elderly parent's home that was had never worked, and many visits from, and phone calls and emails to, the company that installed it trying to figure out what was wrong, Sean diagnosed the problem in a manner of minutes (the company that installed it put in the wrong pump and wired the radiant system wrong).
